On Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., just a few hours before the Grand Gala, students in the Engineering and Research Master's programs will receive their diplomas. Friends and family are invited to the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Cluny for the graduation ceremony of the Cluny 2014 class.
Degrees, but not only that...
During of the day, the winners will also be awarded:
- of the Mayoux-Dauriac Prize Mayoux-Dauriac from the Société des Ingénieurs Arts et Métiers
This award rewards engineering students for their interest in the language of Molière. Last year, Benjamin Robert (Cluny, 2015), president of the student association, won the award. He is currently taking a gap year, during which he is helping disadvantaged neighborhoods in Colombia with the De Menos a Más Foundation. He will continue his journey by assisting a university professor in Australia.
- of the Alban Tixier from the Arts et Métiers Foundation,
Last year, thethe Arts et Métiers Foundation Arts et Métiers the LaBoMaP Wood team were impressed by the excellence of Paul Micaelli'sthird-year Expertise Project. He carried out this project at a design office belonging to the Make-Ingénierie structure in Paris. Paul has had an unusual career path, having completed a double degree with the ESTP in Cachan. Today, he is employed by the same design office.
- Camille Mathieu Prize from the HandiTecAM Foundation HandiTecAM,
The HanditecAM Foundation rewards a successful project aimed at improving the daily lives of people with reduced mobility. Last year, the award went to the OrthoProsecure start-up project led by Henri Blanc, a doctor, engineer, and associate professor.
- of the Maison Lameloise Special Prize
This award has now been presented for four years and was created out of Maison Lameloise's desire to offer the valedictorian a meal at its prestigious establishment. Last year, Pavlina Trubbacova (Cluny, 2013) was the lucky winner. She had earned a double degree fromthe University of Brno in the Czech Republic and had completed her third yearof machining expertise in Cluny. Today, Pavlina is pursuing a Fellowship program in mechanical engineering at CERN.
