As a true showcase of your professional identity, here are a few tips to help you stand out:
- Clarity and conciseness: Highlight the essentials of your career. We need to be able to identify your main achievements at a glance, and all on a single page!
- Chronological organization: Use a linear presentation. Recent experiences should be presented first.
- Make the most of periods of unemployment: turn them into opportunities by mentioning your projects, training courses, or other forms of engagement.
- Changing careers? : adding an explanatory letter can give us insight into your new project and your motivations.
Succeeding in your interview
- Prepare for your interview: to succeed in your interview, you need to prepare well in advance by having a thorough understanding of your professional background and your expectations.
- Make the connection between your background and the job description: highlight your experiences and skills that are directly related to the activities and tasks described.

- Show your motivation: identify your reasons for wanting to join the Arts et Métiers school.
- Interviews can take place in person or via videoconference (TEAMS).
The recruitment process
An initial telephone contact
The recruitment officer will contact you to get to know you and discuss your expectations – 10/15 min
An initial interview with the business team
You will meet with the N+1 and a team member/business expert to discuss the technical and operational aspects of the position – 45 min/1 hour
A second interview may take place with the HR team.
We will discuss your motivations/expectations regarding the position and the company – 45 min/1 hour
