A look back at the 2025 Fall Regional Congress of Junior Enterprises hosted by AMJE Lille!

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille hosted the Regional Autumn Congress (CRA) of Junior Enterprises of the North, a major event for the student entrepreneurial network.

Organized by AMJE Lille, the campus's junior enterprise, this gathering brought together nearly 75 participants from 15 regional organizations, who came to exchange ideas, learn, and strengthen inter-school synergies.

An exemplary organization supported by AMJE Lille

The organization of this edition of the CRA was carried out with rigor and commitment by AMJE Lille, which mobilized its members around an ambitious project.

From logistical coordination to welcoming speakers, managing workshops, and organizing social events, the students of the Junior Enterprise demonstrated their professionalism and ability to unite around the values of responsibility, excellence, and initiative.

Founded in 2002, AMJE Lille brings together around thirty engineering students who carry out around twenty studies each year for local manufacturers. In 2024, it reached an important milestone with its official brand transition, confirming its integration into the national network of Junior Enterprises and its position as a recognized player in student entrepreneurship.

A rich and structured program

The conference offered a packed and varied program, alternating between training sessions, workshops, and conferences, led by renowned partners such as EY, BNP Paribas, Alten, FIC Expertise, and the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE).

Several regional junior enterprises, including Jinnov and IESEG Conseil Lille, also contributed to the participants' skills development by leading thematic sessions.

A tour of the laboratories made possible thanks to the mobilization of campus professionals.

In an effort to promote the campus's resources and open the doors of research to participants, several faculty members and staff from theArts et Métiers laboratories gathered on Saturday afternoon to offer guided tours of the laboratories and presentations on their scientific activities. This initiative gave participants an insight into the wealth of work carried out on campus, while illustrating the possible links between Junior Enterprises and the academic world.

An event promoting openness and excellence

This conference demonstrated the capacity of the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille to host events that shape student networks, in line with its mission to train engineers to serve industry and local communities.

It also demonstrates the vitality of the Junior Enterprise movement in the North, and the importance of these meetings in building bridges between schools, businesses, and laboratories.

Well done and thank you to everyone for your commitment!

Special congratulations to Olivier Joie, Edouard Desoil, Ludivine Schmitt, Ioana Sacquépée, Axel Cherbuin, Antonio Griffaton, and Grégory Sarafian for their meticulous organization of this event, and thank you to Richard Béarée, Adel Olabi, Adrien Florit, Anthony Quenehen, Pauline Le Goff Rousseau, and Emilie Rennuit for their support!
