This form must be completed by midnight on Wednesday, August 15, 2025, at the latest.

The Abbaye residence is currently undergoing renovation. We will do our best to assign you a renovated room if you wish. However, as the number of places is limited, you will be informed of your position on the main list or the supplementary list.

The data entered in this form will be deleted before December 31, 2025. Until then, it will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force.

Incoming inventory

The move-in inspections will take place on the following dates:

• Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday, August 29, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Monday, September 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Your inventory date will be communicated to you before August 15, 2025, via the personal email address you provided in the form above.

On the day of your move-in inspection, you will need to bring 

1. A check: made payable to "Agent comptable ENSAM" for a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent (see rates below). We advise against preparing the checks in advance, as the amount may change depending on room availability.
2. Bank details: for direct debit from September 2025 to June 2026, to be attached to the SEPA mandate (see below) for the residence. The pro rata amount for August and the rent for September and October will be debited on October 10, 2025.
3. Proof of insurance for the accommodation (rental risks): in the student's name for the academic year, must be provided on the day of your inventory or, failing that, no later than 15 days after the administrative start date (Monday, September 1).

Insurance and APL

The apartments in the "Abbaye" residence are eligible for CAF assistance.

The Abbaye residence is eligible for CAF assistance: on the simulation tool on the CAF website, specify: 

• Private landlord (no SIRET number)
• Non-CRUS residence

Once you have completed the necessary steps, you must hand-deliver the certificate of residence in a residential facility to us so that we can fill it out.

For those who apply, this assistance must be completed within two months of moving into the residence.

The residence offers single or shared rooms for two or three people, with an average size of 11 to 45 m².

Each room is equipped with:

• a 90 x 200 cm bed, possibly with a storage drawer,
• a wardrobe,
• a chair,
• an office.

Any damage will result in a charge.

NB

• Bed linen is not provided, neither duvet nor pillow.
• Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. It is recommended that you bring cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.).
• Animals are not permitted.
• The provision of a linen closet.
• The provision of a teapot.
