After a successful first edition in June 2024, the Gadz'Innov challenge is back for its second edition, from Wednesday, June 11 to Friday, June 13, 2025! For the occasion, engineering students, professionals, and companies will once again gather at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille to tackle the challenges of tomorrow together.

Gadz'innov: A unique experience in co-creation and innovation
The Gadz'Innov challenge: a real testing ground where more than 150 students, divided into 35 teams, come together to tackle real-world problems proposed by the event's partner companies.
By 2024, topics as varied as energy efficiency, sustainable street furniture design, packaging reduction, and the creation of a collaborative repair zone within the campus itself had been explored.
In 2025, we are counting on you, businesses, to propose new exciting and meaningful themes, so that we can continue to come up with concrete and responsible solutions!

Gadz'innov 2025: An ethical and educational approach
The Gadz'Innov challenge places particular emphasis on ethics and social and environmental responsibility. During this challenge, each team of students will therefore have the opportunity to be supported by ethics ambassadors, as well as experts in eco-design, design thinking, and business model creation.
This approach, usinginteractive methodological workshops and coaching sessions, will give students an accelerated learning experience, preparing them to defend their ideas and further integrate CSR issues into their projects.
