The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Bordeaux is organizing the launch of a new program for the 2024 academic year: the Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

This bachelor's degree program has been designed to meet the expectations of industry players in order to accelerate production dynamics and respond to the challenges of responsible innovation.

This three-year program, which follows a general or technological STI2D baccalaureate, leads to the "Bachelor Arts et Métiers" institutional diploma.

This bachelor's degree places a project-based approach at the heart of the learning process, in line with the local industrial fabric. This program is offered in several cities in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Two openings are scheduled for September 2024: Niort and Dax.

PRODUCT, PROCESS, AND ENERGY ENGINEERING

Designed to meet the expectations of professional sectors, the Bachelor Arts et Métiers Industry has one ambition: to train innovators for the industry of tomorrow. Throughout their training, students benefit from constant interaction with companies through apprenticeship contracts (years 1 and 2) and professional training contracts (year 3), punctuated by dedicated events (visits, industrial conferences, etc.).

Immersion in the business world begins in the first year. The courses taught to students enable them to develop their skills in product, process, and energy engineering, coupled with project-based teaching based on the product life cycle.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITIES

While the Bachelor Arts et Métiers Industrial Studies provides all the skills expected by industry, it opens up a wide range of possibilities thanks to two types of career opportunities: professional and academic.

It allows graduates to enter the workforce directly in middle management positions, such as production unit manager or maintenance team leader. Graduates can also continue their studies after completing the program.

THE FIVE STRENGTHS OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE

  • Strong collaborations with industry in the region
  • Solid training in industrial performance
  • An innovative project-based teaching approach, supported by factory-school platforms, enabling students to put what they learn in class into practice.
  • A guaranteed professional future
  • Opportunities for further education
