Summary
Every year, French companies face a shortage of 20,000 engineers. To make up for this shortfall, the Green Industry Act, passed in July 2023, sets an annual training target of 50,000 engineers by 2027. Arts et Métiers is contributing to this ambition by committing to train more talented individuals to reindustrialize France.
