TheArts et Métiers European and International Relations networkArts et Métiers a new event to promote mobility abroad from March 27 to 30.  

This time, it was an opportunity to meet up with former students, companies, andArts et Métiers staffArts et Métiers discuss professional mobility abroad, whether in the context of an internship or a job.   

This week's program includes online workshops and workshops on your campuses focusing on internships and professional experiences abroad. This is an opportunity for students and apprentices (staff are welcome too!) to ask questions to various speakers who will be presenting their experiences of internships or working abroad, to discover inspiring career paths, and to start building their own plans.

 

Monday, March 27 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Gadzart: international experience as a springboard to the professional world 

Who is it for? Mainly for all PGE students.  
Of course, students from other programs are also welcome, although the presentations are mainly intended for PGE students.
Why attend? To discover the opportunities for working abroad after graduation and the advantages of working abroad rather than staying in France. To learn about all the career options available to students after graduation.

Tuesday, March 28 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: SFE abroad: take the plunge 

Who is it for? Mainly for PGE students who want to learn more about SFE programs abroad. Students from other programs are also welcome. Part of the session will be devoted to mobility in the United States.
Why attend? To hear testimonials and feedback from other students, which can inspire them in their academic projects.

Tuesday, March 28 – 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Apprentices: confirm your international mobility!  

Who is it for? For students in the Specialized Engineering Program (P.I.S). 
Why is it interesting? Discover professional experiences abroad: testimonials, advice, and discussions between apprentices and former apprentices who have participated in international mobility programs within the P.I.S.

Wednesday, March 29 – 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: First professional mobility: find the one that suits you anywhere in the world 

Who is it for? All students, regardless of their field of study (PGE-PIS). 
What's in it for you? All types of professional mobility (internships, SFE, VIE, international professional mobility) presented by students and apprentices, for students and apprentices: advice on finding an internship, preparing for departure, and life abroad. Testimonials from students and apprentices who have traveled around the world, organized by geographic area, so you can connect with the right people.

Thursday, March 30 – 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Discover a company that values international experience 

Who is it for? All students, regardless of their field of study. 
 Why attend?To meet Veolia and discover the perspective of a company that values international mobility. To get advice on the application process and how to highlight your experience abroad on your resume. To understand how companies can favor international profiles when recruiting. 

Where? On the Paris campus (more information to come) and for other campuses online via Teams

 

Thursday, March 30 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Money, money! Finance your mobility  

Who is it for? All students and apprentices 
Why attend?To learn about the various financial aid options available for internships abroad. Presentation by the Head of European and International Relations at the Bordeaux campus
