The 14th edition of the Engineers of Tomorrow Forum will take place on the Aix-en-Provence campus on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This event is organized by the students themselves, with support from the campus Business Relations Office.

Because every career begins with a meeting, the "Ingénieurs avenir" forum offers a prime opportunity for engineering students in the Grande Ecole Engineering Programme and the Specialized Engineering Program.

With just a few years to go before graduation, it is important for students to define a clear career plan.

This Forum is a unique opportunity to discover the major players in the industry, to develop an initial plan or reinforce career choices. Ethan, event organizer

Different student profiles benefit from this event. Some are looking for their first contact with companies, while others are seeking a more in-depth exchange. In particular, it enables engineering students to find an end-of-year internship and develop essential skills such as talking about themselves and their projects in a professional context. Today, the added value of an engineer is also demonstrated by their ability to build interpersonal relationships.

This is therefore a unique opportunity to interact with 31 companies (large groups and SMEs in the region) from various sectors: transportation, construction, consulting, energy, business services, etc.

For the organizing team, this is both an organizational and financial challenge to maintain the strong ties that students have with companies.

On the agenda for the day:

- conferences organized to discuss the skills and profiles sought by companies, to exchange ideas about professions, their evolution, activities, and future projects.

- Business lunches and personalized interviews to identify future employees

- photo booth for resumes
