Dynamic Robotics & Smart Structures

The RNC SMART, or Dynamic Robotics & Smart Structures, aims to bring together the various activitiesArts et Métiers system dynamics.

More specifically, these relate to the dynamics and vibrations of systems and structures, intelligent systems, and robotics and system control.

Several areas of research are covered by the SMART network: the design and optimization of vibratory systems; machining, particularly in the field of robotic processes; and system control and regulation. Among the fields of application are industrial robotics and structural health monitoring.

The RNC currently involves 22 faculty members from six laboratories: I2M, LISPEN, L2EP, PIMM, IBHGC, and LCFC.
