As every year, theArts et Métiers Internship Forum brought together more than twenty companies from all industrial sectors on the Lille campus. This was a great opportunity for engineering students and professionals to exchange ideas, which perfectly complemented their recruitment efforts.
Always collaborative and unifying, Arts et Métiers to reveal the talents of tomorrow and create links between young people and businesses. "Our institution must evolve so that every engineering student, throughout their training at the School, is exposed to practical cases from the industrial and professional world. The Internship Forum effectively facilitates interaction between our students and companies looking for interesting profiles," explains Dorine Van Der Waals, deputy head of the Business Relations Office on the Lille campus and organizer of the event.
We are satisfied with our participation; we have always collaborated with Arts et Métiers. During the Forum, we met some very interesting candidates, not only in terms of their specialization, say Valeo's HR managers.
The same observation applies to Vinci Energies, which adds:
The purpose of our participation is to further develop relations with the eight campuses, particularly the Lille campus. We are looking for the best candidates for our internship opportunities, which is why we are here.
More than a hundred students gathered around companies to look for internships that suited them . Valentin, a Arts et Métiers engineering student Arts et Métiers , confirms: " For me, the Internship Forum is an opportunity to meet companies. It really helps me in my search for an internship, which is not at all easy using traditional search methods. I am particularly interested in Valeo and Toyota. "
"The Internship Forum complements the Arts et Métiers Forum well. It's practical and allows you to target companies directly. I'm interested in those that offer consulting services (Proconseil, Alten, Silveo, etc.)," says Alice, a Arts et Métiers engineering student Arts et Métiers .
