BEST – Board of European Students of Technology – is a European association whose goal is to promote cultural exchanges and develop students' technical skills. BEST is present in 96 universities across 34 countries, from Iceland to Turkey, Portugal to Russia. It is one of the largest European student networks with over 3,300 active members. The association also reaches over one million students by offering cultural exchanges and technology seminars throughout Europe.

The local BEST ENSAM group is an integral part of this network. This year, the events organized by the team are the Spring BEST Course and the EBEC Challenge.

The Spring BEST Course is a technology seminar that will take place from April 19 to 26, 2020. For a whole week, around twenty foreign students will have the opportunity to follow the production of aircraft wing models, from computer design to 3D printing and wind tunnel testing. In addition, they will attend lectures given by professionals and visit companies specializing in aeronautics.

The EBEC Challenge is an engineering competition in which students compete to solve a technological problem proposed by a company. It is an opportunity for the company and the students to share ideas and reflect on the issue. This year, BEST ENSAM is helping to organize the regional round, which will take place in Brno, Czech Republic.

Finally, thanks to our association, all Arts et Métiers students Arts et Métiers participate in BEST events across Europe. This year, students from various centers were able to discover Croatia and even Russia.
