Arts et Métiers Training more engineers? - Press kit for the 2023 academic year

Every year, French companies face a shortage of 20,000 engineers. To make up for this shortfall, the Green Industry Act, passed in July 2023, sets an annual training target of 50,000 engineers by 2027. Arts et Métiers is contributing to this ambition by committing to train more talented individuals to reindustrialize France.

According to Laurent Champaney, CEO ofArts et Métiers "The institution is capable of training the future leaders of industrial France in 2030, those who will innovate, manage, or create responsible companies. It must be stronger in this objective by training more and better supporting industrial companies in their creation and transformation."
