Deadlines for exchange students
Nomination deadline
For students coming from partner universities, nominations must be received at admissions@ensam.eu at least 3 weeks before the application deadline. Please make sure that the following information is provided in the nomination message: student’s name, date of birth, email address, current level of study, proficiency in French and English, intended program at Arts et Métiers double degree Grand Ecole Engineering program, double degree Master’s program, exchange non-degree-seeking student) and length of stay.
Application deadlines
Grande Ecole Engineering Double Degree:
- Other non-EU/EEA students: April 15
- EU/EEA students: May 15
Master’s Double Degree: May 31 All master’s degrees except IMS master’s degrees: September 15
One or two semesters (coursework/project):
- May 31 for the fall semester and academic year
- October 31 for the spring semester
Deadlines for free-moving students
Master's programs: May 31 for all master's degrees except IMS master's degrees: September 15
