Deadlines for exchange students

Nomination deadline

For students coming from partner universities, nominations must be received at admissions@ensam.eu at least 3 weeks before the application deadline. Please make sure that the following information is provided in the nomination message : student’s name, birth date, e-mail, current level of study, proficiency in French and English, intended programme at Arts et Métiers (double degree Grand Ecole Engineering programme, double degree Master’s programme, exchange non degree-seeking student) and length of stay. 

Application deadlines

Grande Ecole Engineering Double Degree :

  • Other non-EU/EEA students : 15 April
  • EU/EEA students : 15 May

Master’s Double Degree : 31 May all masters degrees excet IMS master degress : 15 September

One or two semesters (coursework/project):

  • 31 May for the fall semester and academic year
  • 31 October for the spring semester

Deadlines for free-moving students

Master’s programmes : 31 May all masters degrees excet IMS master degress : 15 September
