This is the slogan of the new awareness campaign being conducted Arts et Métiers the institution among Arts et Métiers staff.

In January 2021,Arts et Métiers an awareness campaign on disability. This is the third installment of a campaign that has already seen two editions in 2016 and 2018. The results show how useful it has been: a total of 660 requests for information, 66 appointments with an advisor, and 21 RQTH (recognition of disabled worker status) applications finalized.

Tailored assistance

"Declaring your disability helps you to live your daily life at work more comfortably, as your needs are taken into account on an individual basis, "emphasizes Sylvie Dussollier, head of the Health, Social, and Cultural Action department. "This gives you the opportunity to benefit from flexible working hours, workplace adaptations, and technical or financial assistance."

The campaign, which will run for six months starting in early 2021, was developed in collaboration with France Intégration Handicap, the institution's partner on this issue since 2016, and incorporates feedback gathered during previous editions. Communication materials have been produced to highlight the four most common disorders reported during recent campaigns: hearing, vision, cardiovascular disease, and musculoskeletal disorders. 

Personalized support

Several tools are deployed:

  • a dedicated phone number;
  • the dissemination of technical data sheets on the most common pathologies on the institution's intranet;
  • A mailing sent to all school staff to inform them, accompanied by a poster and screen campaign at each school site.
