ParolesArts et Métiers is back with a new episode on the theme: "Integrating socio-environmental issues into educational engineering at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers ."

ParolesArts et Métiers covers topics such as industry, innovation, ecology, health, materials, and many other subjects related to engineering sciences and Arts et Métiers. Everyone in the Arts et Métiers community is involved in the adventure, including students, staff, and alumni. In each episode, designed and hosted by Carole Wahnoun, a research engineer on the Paris campus, with technical support from Jean-Marc Rousseau, Multimedia Designer and Producer atICIFTech, a new guest discusses a topic that is important to them in relation to Arts et Métiers.
In this episode, Camille Pédarriosse, educational engineer at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers , headed by Professor Féthi Ben Ouezdou, will share with us the socio-environmental challenges addressed in terms of educational engineering at this campus, which was founded in 1843.

Biography of Camille Pédarriosse
Camille Pédarriosse first taught French as a foreign language in Thailand for six years while pursuing her studies remotely.
After earning a bachelor's degree in geography from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès, she turned her attention to education sciences, a field in which she earned a master's degree. Her thesis focused on the conditions for building ecological awareness.
After working at Paris 8 University as a training engineer, she has been working as an educational engineer at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers since January 2019.
Camille PĂ©darriosse provides support to teachers at the Arts et MĂ©tiers campus Arts et MĂ©tiers , both in terms of teaching methods and tools. She is interested in active teaching methods (designing face-to-face, hybrid, and fully remote courses). She recently worked with the team at one ofArts et MĂ©tiersArts et MĂ©tiers departments, the Department of Scientific Information and Open ScienceArts et MĂ©tiers DISSO), to design a fully online course on information skills.Â
She also reflects on issues related to student motivation and the integration of environmental and social responsibility issues into engineering education by working on the acquisition of new skills and the development of courses related to socio-environmental issues.Â
In 2021, Camille PĂ©darriosse was part of the working group on the report Engineers facing environmental and societal challenges produced by the Arts & MĂ©tiers Think Tank and is now the Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility representative for the Arts et MĂ©tiers campus Arts et MĂ©tiers .Â
For the past two years, she has also been in charge of the Learning Center at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers and has been working on developing training modules on critical thinking.
In addition to her various experiences and activities, Camille Pédarriosse has been a yoga teacher since 2015. Among other things, she teaches classes for staff at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers .
