For SCEI candidates, the deadline for submitting and ranking preferences is:

• CPGE "preparatory classes for the grandes écoles" MP, PC, PSI, PT, TSI: until Friday, July 25, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
• ATS: admissions completed
• BUT-BTS-Bachelor's degree: admissions closed

No changes to the order of preferences may be made after these deadlines.

Publication of results

Check the website for your exam to find out when the results will be published.

BUT-BTS-Bachelor's degree (Engineering Ambition)

For candidates on the waiting list, in the event of resignations or absences on the first day of school for previously admitted candidates, you may be contacted until Monday, September 1, 2025.

ATS 

• Results 1: July 7, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., response before July 13, 2025, at 12:00 a.m .
• Results 2: July 14, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., response before July 28, 2025, at 12:00 a.m.
• Results 3: July 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., response before July 31, 2025, at 12:00 a.m.
• Latest results: August 1, 2:00 p.m.

MP, PC, PSI, PT, TSI

• Results 1: July 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., response before July 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m .
• Results 2: August 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., response before August 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m .
• Results 3: August 26, 2025, September 2 and 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m .

L3/M1 (GEI-UNIV procedure)

Results published, candidates already admitted, no waiting list.

Assignment publications

• DUT-BTS, ATS, MP, PC, PSI, PT, TSI: assignment notifications published no later than 7 days after results (usually on the same day or the following day).
• L3/M1 (GEI-UNIV): assignments completed, each candidate has been informed of their assignment

Change of assignments

The assigned campus is part of the admission decision (a candidate who does not report to their campus on the first day of the academic year (and only their campus) will be considered to have withdrawn). 

• BUT-BTS, ATS, L3, M1: no possibility of changing assigned campus
• MP, PC, PSI, PT, TSI: applications must be submitted online with supporting documents before August 19, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. at http://affectations.ensam.eu/accueil.html under the "assignments" section and by email to affectation@ensam.eu - Results expected by August 26, 2025, before 8:00 p.m.

Registrations

Each student must register online. An email will be sent during the summer with the online registration link. Registration must be confirmed by the first day of school at the latest.

• Students requesting a change of assignment can register at their original campus.
• If you encounter any problems with registration, please contact the registrar's office of the campus concerned. You can contact the general registrar's office at SCOLARITEENSAM@ensam.eu.
