This year, you will need to pay your Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) in advance, which amounts to €91 (more information). *

For more information, see the 2019-2020 Registration Booklet, or the Admissions FAQ. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, send an email to admissions.concours@ensam.eu. A representative will be available throughout the summer to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

In accordance with the Student Guidance and Success Act (ORE) of March 8, 2018, university enrollment requires prior payment of the Student and Campus Contribution (CVEC) to the CROUS. The CVEC is intended to promote the social, health, cultural, and athletic support of students and to reinforce health prevention and education initiatives.

You must pay the CVEC contribution, in the amount of €91, to the CROUS before completing your administrative registration at the university.

  • Who is affected?
Any student who enrolls or re-enrolls at the university.
Visit the CROUS website to pay the CVEC and obtain the certificate that will be required for your university enrollment.

Depending on your situation, you may be exempt from paying the CVEC:
- CROUS scholarship recipients
- the beneficiariesres scholarships awarded by the regions (for students in paramedical, health, and social care training programs)
- refugees
- beneficiaries of subsidiary protection
- asylum seekers and having the right to remain in the territory

Special cases:
- Apprentices: you must complete the procedure and pay the CVEC, but you can request a refund from your employer. 
- Students enrolled in CPGE (Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles): you must complete the procedure and pay the CVEC for your university enrollment
- If you enroll in several courses for the same academic year: this contribution is only due when you enroll for the first time
 
  • Who is exempt?
- Continuing education students (training partially or fully funded by a third party organization or company: employer, OPCA, Pôle Emploi, etc.)
- International exchange students (Erasmus)
