Conversion of biomass into biofuel

Hermes Scandelli, a doctoral student in the TREFLE department of the I2M laboratory, is working on converting biomass into biofuel.

Biofuels are a significant and sustainable source of energy, for which pyrolysis is a process that needs to be mastered. This process now needs to be studied in greater detail in order to understand all its characteristics and optimize biomass conversion.
