"Actif-IA" in Metz and "Agile reconfigurable assembly and disassembly platform to support change in Industry 4.0" in Bordeaux were selected as part of the Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) "Industry 4.0 territories: anticipating the skills of tomorrow."

"Industrial Territories 4.0: Anticipating Tomorrow's Skills" is the program behind the Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI), which is working with the government, operators, the Banque des Territoires, and Bpifrance to support projects that help adapt industrial skills to the challenges of future industry technologies.

With 41 winners receiving co-financing for engineering, start-up costs, or intangible and tangible investments, Territoires d'industrie has doubled its initial target in terms of the number of projects supported.

Among these winners, two applications were submitted by Arts et Métiers. Territoires d'industrie will provide approximately 50% of the funding required for these two projects:

  • "Actif-IA" ( Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Metz): the aim of this project is to accelerate the training of talented individuals who are retraining, looking for work and/or wishing to improve their skills in the use of digital and AI technologies for industrial transition. To this end, Arts et Métiers launched a plan to modernize its machinery and educational tools for training, combined with a digital training syllabus to train "metaverse" engineers.

  • "Agile reconfigurable assembly and disassembly platform to support Industry 4.0 change" ( Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Bordeaux): the project aims to physically and virtually specify a reconfigurable assembly and disassembly platform on the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers initial and continuing training. It also focuses on small-scale dual platforms that enable learners scattered across the region to benefit from high-quality teaching and manufacturers to find personalized support close to home.
