The Global Industrie trade show will bring together several thousand exhibitors representing all industrial sectors in early March. Arts et Métiers of this opportunity to present its offering for businesses and assert its new identity: a socio-economic player serving regions and businesses. 

From research laboratories to after-sales service, the industry, united under the Global Industrie banner, is taking over France's leading industrial region. This international trade show will be held at Eurexpo Lyon from March 5 to 8, 2019. It enjoys the support of all public institutions and authorities, particularly the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region.
Global Industrie 2019 will bring together 2,500 exhibitors and expects 45,000 visitors.

Arts et Métiers its commercialization subsidiary AMVALOR will be present on a 60 m² stand, alongside the Société des Ingénieurs Arts et Métiers. In addition, the School will have a counter where it will showcase its training programs.

The show also wanted to highlight the exhibition Technologie Nom Féminin (Technology: A Woman's Name), created in 2017 on the initiative of Arts et Métiers.

This trade show will be an opportunity to present the Entreprises des Arts et Métiers offering. "We will be highlighting four new services aimed at manufacturers, focusing on training, recruitment, and support for technological development," explains Mickael Rivette, Director of Business Development within the Executive Management team. " The diversity of this range demonstrates the socio-economic role played by Arts et Métiers. "

  • In terms of training, training chairs will be highlighted. This is an opportunity for companies to position themselves as a benchmark in their sector (management of the factory of the future, information systems, construction, etc.) by funding third-year expertise. This funding will be provided through a partnership or sponsorship agreement. Still on the training side, the institution will present its Factory Lab continuing education program to manufacturers.The aim here is to provide them with the keys to deciding how and when to integrate new 4.0 technologies into their businesses.
  • In terms of recruitment, Arts et Métiers promoting two new services. " Firstly, the Boost your career program, which we are the only higher education institution to offer," continues Mickael Rivette. This program allows students at the end of their first year to complete all of their internships and projects within a company that matches their career plans. For manufacturers, who face real recruitment challenges, this is an opportunity to identify future talent and build lasting relationships with them.
  • In terms of technological support, Global Industrie will be an opportunity for Arts et Métiers launch Tech to SME, in which a company entrusts a technological project to a student supervised by a researcher.
  • Finally, AMVALOR, which promotes partnership-based research activities and the commercialization of Arts et Métiers expertise, will present its network of multidisciplinary and tailor-made skills at the service of manufacturers' technological ambitions. AMVALOR fosters relationships betweenArts et Métiers 14 research laboratoriesArts et Métiers companies seeking innovative technological solutions, research expertise, and industrial transfer engineering.

" The heads of the Business Relations Offices, AMVALOR business managers, and communications officers from the Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers throughout the four days to meet with manufacturers and visitors and answer their questions, " explains Mickael Rivette .
