The Ministry of Higher Education and Research is co-organizing its 10th National Equality and Diversity Day with the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers on June 18, 2025, at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers .


The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers is honored to host the 10th National Day of Equality and Diversity in Higher Education and Research on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This 10th edition will focus on the following theme: Policies on equality, combating sexual violence and discrimination within higher education and research institutions: what are the challenges in terms of coordination and regional implementation?

Organized annually since 2014 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, these days provide an opportunity to exchange best practices and political, legal, and scientific insights on issues of equality in higher education and research.

  • Workshop 1: How can I articulate equality and diversity policies in a structure with multiple supervisory bodies or institutions?
    Moderators: Sarah Boratav (Paris-Saclay University) and Dalia Cavalier (MESR)
  • Workshop 2: How can I implement and adapt an equality and diversity policy across multiple sites?
    Group A facilitators: Laura-Flore Jean-Baptiste (CNRS) and Sophie Odone (CGE)
    Group B facilitators: Marc Rivault (CGE) and Amaëlle Mayer (Arts et Métiers)
  • Workshop 3: How can I integrate my equality and diversity policy into the local institutional and associative fabric?
    Group A facilitators: Claire Lambard (ENS Paris-Saclay) and Lucille Marissal (CPED)
    Group B facilitators: Léa Pelegrin (MESR) and Mathilde Léonard (CIDFF)

4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Plenary session with reports from workshop rapporteurs (obstacles and concrete actions) – Léa Pelegrin

5:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.: Conclusion by Ilias Ziogas, VSS project manager, harassment and discrimination, and national coordinator of theArts et Métiers reporting unit.
