From March 24 to 26, 2017, Startup Weekend participants will have a limited amount of time to pitch their business creation projects to a jury of experts and entrepreneurship professionals.

The Startup Weekend Cluny event offers an entrepreneurial immersion in an unusual location: an engineering school in a listed historic monument. Everything is in place to inspire and awaken the entrepreneur in you.

The first Startup Weekend organized byArts et Métiers students

Created in Seattle in 2007, Startup Weekend is an event concept that has been exported all over the world. More than 1,500 editions have already taken place in nearly 726 cities. Today,Arts et Métiers studentsArts et Métiers joining the race. Participants will have 54 hours to propose innovative projects in groups, with each member contributing their personal experience. At the end of the allotted time, entrepreneurship experts will select the three best start-up projects. Throughout the weekend, they will be on hand to advise and guide the participants. The goal is to build the project together.

Whatever your current profession, you may have thought about an innovative idea, discussed it with friends, or identified a need. Startup Weekend is an opportunity to bring your idea to life, test it, and then develop it further.

The students received support fromthe University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, PEPITE Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the Galilé Group, the Société des Ingénieurs Arts et Métiers, the Yu Peach collective, and, of course,Arts et Métiers.
