HESAM 2030 Program - Let's Build Our Careers!

With its member institutions located throughout France, HESAM University has designed the " HESAM 2030 - Let's Build Our Careers!" program, leveraging its strengths in initial and professional training through institutions that are recognized in the higher education landscape.

The program " HESAM 2030 - Let's build our careers! These are two new degrees open to everyone, with priority given to vocational and technical high school graduates, adaptable to each individual, anywhere and throughout life:

  • Level Bac+1: "Individualized Courses in Technology, Creation, Management, and Humanities": (Bac+1)
  • Bachelor's degree: "Bachelor's degrees in Technology, Design, Management, and Humanities": (Bac+3)

A privileged learning environment: learning through practical application in real-life situations, enabling students to acquire skills that are directly applicable in the workplace and sought after by recruiters. The program emphasizes student support by providing digital tools that help students assess their skills and develop a career plan.

A double challenge

These training programs serve a dual purpose. They prepare students for direct entry into the workforce and also enable them to continue their studies after completing the program.

They innovate by:

  • Their teaching methods: active, individualized, project-based learning, enabling the acquisition of skills that lead to employment;
  • The fact that you are responsible for your own training as part of your educational success contract;
  • Partnerships between educational institutions and the world of work.

  • Appropriate teaching methods: active, individualized, project-based learning, enabling students to acquire core subject skills, cross-disciplinary skills, specialized professional skills, and soft skills.
  • Each learner plays an active role in their education as part of their educational success contract.
  • Modularity and individualization of courses.
  • Multiple partnerships with the professional world and local authorities.

Training courses developed jointly with partners

The "HESAM 2030 - Let's Build Our Careers!" project draws on the wealth of professional training offered by the institutions, as well as their experience in work-study programs, lifelong learning, and pedagogy.

These courses are developed in collaboration with the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers CNAM), the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris La Villette, CESI, and Arts et Métiers ENSAM).

The "HESAM 2030 - Let's build our careers!" one-year post-secondary programs

The Bac+1 is designed to be a real asset for developing skills that will give you direct access to employment. It also provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your further studies.

Aimed primarily at young high school graduates, the Bac+1 "HESAM 2030 - Let's build our careers!" are modular, two-semester courses available in four professional fields, aimed at instilling a project-based culture and combining disciplinary knowledge, core skills, and cross-disciplinary skills, enabling both professional integration and further study, particularly in the HESAM Bachelor's degree program:

  • Applied Arts, Design, Book Crafts, Luxury Goods and Fashion
  • Environment, Construction, Energy, Design and Management of the Built Environment and Territories
  • Management, Administration, Commerce, Security, Personal Services, and Human Resources
  • Digital, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials, Industrial Engineering

These courses are offered through vocational and/or academic pathways.

Several Bac+1 courses in the program are recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research as DSP (Diploma of Professional Specialization).

The "HESAM 2030 - Let's build our careers!" bachelor's degree programs

A business-oriented degree with an international focus, the Bachelor’HESAM® (Bac+3) has been designed to prepare you for the jobs of tomorrow, whether you are interested in the creative arts, management, humanities, or engineering. 

It is based on solid training and enables students to acquire skills that are sought after by professionals. 

The Bachelor's degree is now the most widely awarded post-baccalaureate qualification in the world. It allows students to earn 180 ECTS credits over six semesters of study. It is accredited by the Bachelor's degree awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation.

Like Bac+1 programs, HESAM Bachelor's degrees aim to facilitate rapid entry into the workforce by focusing on four professional tracks:

  • Applied Arts, Design, Book Crafts, Luxury Goods and Fashion
  • Environment, Construction, Energy, Design and Management of the Built Environment and Territories
  • Management, Administration, Commerce, Security, Personal Services, and Human Resources
  • Digital, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials, Industrial Engineering

HESAM Bachelor's degrees draw on the wealth of professional training offered by the program's member institutions, their expertise in educational engineering, and their experience in work-study programs and lifelong learning.

Bac+3 programs have the academic level targeted by the Bachelor's Degree.
