The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers receives the CNES innovation award for its work on biocomposites in space

Summary
The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers received the Innovation Award from the French National Center for Space Studies (CNES) for its research into a rocket nose cone made from biocomposite materials, conducted by six students under the supervision of Laurent Guillaumat, professor at LAMPA (Laboratoire Angevin de Mécanique, Procédés et innovAtion), as part of the PERSEUS educational project launched by the CNES. It also received a special mention as a new entrant to the project.
