LECTURE ON THE PARIS CAMPUS ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, AT 3:30 P.M.: "MANAGEMENT: A HIGH-STAKES GAME" BY PHILIPPE LECLAIR AND SÉBASTIEN FOISON

Drawing inspiration from the approach of elite athletes, Philippe Leclair and Sébastien Foison invite readers to discover a new management paradigm that challenges conventional wisdom.

In today’s competitive business environment, marked by one crisis after another, we are challenged every day to achieve this feat: to consistently deliver better results while making the most of our resources, all while maintaining the ability to replicate these results on a regular basis without burning out. This reality turns each of us into true high performers in our daily work!

At every moment, energy levels determine performance levelsand thus directly impact the performance of teams, suppliers, and ultimately customers. So how can we maintain our energy, identify the five sources of waste inline with Lean or Operational Excellence principles, and recharge our batteries while continuing to meet various demands
