Graduates of the Grande Ecole Program will be able to receive their diplomas from their teachers.

The Cluny campus is organizing the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Les Griottons.

How to participate

Program

  • 9:00-9:30 a.m.: Welcome for graduates and their registered guests
  • 9:30–10:00 a.m.: speeches
  • 10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.: graduation ceremony
  • 12:30 p.m.: Welcome drink 

Absent, how to obtain your diploma

Please follow these step-by-step instructions:

  • You are absent and cannot appoint someone to represent you on the day of the ceremony:
  1. Write directly to scolaritecluny@ensam.eu, specifying your postal address so that we can send it to you.
  • You are absent and you appoint someone to represent you on the day of the ceremony:
  1. Download the mandate by clicking here.
  2. Send the authorization to scolaritecluny@ensam.eu, specifying the name of the person you are authorizing.
  3. The authorized representative will attend the ceremony with the following documents: this power of attorney, completed, dated, and signed; a photocopy of their identity card (or passport); and a photocopy of the identity card of the graduating student (the signatory of the power of attorney).
