Arts et Métiers reaffirmed its commitment to inclusion and disability awareness. Thanks to the Social Relations and Health, Social, and Cultural Action Department, numerous immersive activities have punctuated campus life.

This edition enabled many agents to enjoy memorable experiences thanks to several highlights: the Hotline, Handiclass, Duoday, and an immersive virtual reality experience.

The Handiclass

An awareness session dedicated to Recognition and Quality of Disabled Workers (RQTH) conducted with our partner Novasanco provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and answer everyone's questions. It was an essential moment for better understanding disability, existing measures, and the challenges of recognition.

The Duoday

Arts et métiers once again actively Arts et métiers in Duoday, welcoming and supporting people with disabilities within our teams. The day was marked by sharing, openness, and inclusion, promoting encounters between professionals and people with disabilities, with dozens of pairs on our campuses.

The immersive virtual reality experience

The Social Relations and Health, Social, and Cultural Action Department offered immersive experiences using virtual reality, allowing everyone to discover different types of disabilities in a unique way: mental, motor, auditory, visual, or autism-related. On the Aix, Angers, Cluny, and Paris campuses This experience was made possible thanks to our partner HandiReality. A big thank you to Nadia Sekkali and Jean-Baptiste Thiry for their involvement.

The Hotline

On November 20, 2025, Arts et Métiers a confidential hotline dedicated to disability in the workplace, staffed by specialized professionals. This service allows employees to: understand their rights and the steps they need to take, receive assistance with administrative procedures, clarify their situation before taking action, and identify the appropriate measures and contacts. It is an easy-to-access space that is open to everyone!
