On September 5, during the Châlons Trade Fair, the Lebronze Alloys industrial group, which specializes in the production of semi-finished and finished products made from high-performance technical copper and nickel alloys, and the Arts et Métiers Campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne came together and formalized the renewal of their partnership by signing a new agreement for the next three years.

Opportunities for students

The renewal of this partnership opens up new opportunities for students at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne, who will continue to benefit from Lebronze Alloys' expertise. Various initiatives will also be implemented to enrich their educational experience, including visits to industrial sites, internship and work-study opportunities, and participation in events organized by the campus and the school, such as forums, recruitment sessions, job dating, etc. These initiatives aim to prepare students for the realities of the job market and to help them develop skills that meet the needs of the metallurgical industry.

A strategic and sustainable partnership

This renewal of sponsorship is part of a strategic vision shared by the Arts et Métiers Campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne and Lebronze Alloys: to train engineers who are ready to take on the challenges of the industry of the future and to promote innovation. For the Campus, this collaboration strengthens its network with key industrial players, while for Lebronze Alloys, it represents an opportunity to attract and train the talent of tomorrow, thereby meeting the specific needs of the group.

A growing collaboration

Since the signing of the first agreement in September 2023 at the Châlons Fair, the partnership between Lebronze alloys and the Arts et Métiers Campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne has resulted in a number of significant initiatives. A visit to the Suippes production site gave students the opportunity to discover the metallurgical industry at first hand, thereby strengthening their understanding of the sector. To illustrate this commitment, the Lebronze alloys logo has been displayed on the campus partners' wall for the past year. A temporary dedicated space has also been set up in the campus library to highlight this collaboration.

Alexandra Dumont Nubery, Managing Director of Lebronze alloys, says: " A great example of the success of this partnership is the arrival of two work-study students and one intern at the Lba Group in 2023. We are delighted to further strengthen this collaboration through this new three-year commitment, continuing our shared pursuit of excellence."

Giovanni Radilla, Director of the Arts et Métiers Campus Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne, emphasizes: " This partnership contributes to the campus's regional roots and appeal. It offers our students, teachers, and research professors the opportunity to discover the scientific and technical professions and challenges of an industrial group with strong international innovation and development capabilities.
