Training courses

The Arts et Métiers Institute Arts et Métiers Chambéry is organizing the launch of a new course for the start of the 2024 academic year: the Bachelor's Degree in Drumming.

This new program is helping to accelerate the industrial momentum of responsible battery production in France for the European market.

This three-year apprenticeship program, which follows a general or technological STI2D baccalaureate, will lead to the "Bachelor Arts et Métiers" diploma. It is part of the " Ecole de la Batterie " consortium led by the electric battery manufacturer Verkor and is based on strong collaboration between industry and higher education institutions (more information).

The circular economy, future jobs related to electric mobility in low-carbon industries, industrial battery production, particularly in gigafactories, end-of-life processing, and contributing to France's industrial sovereignty are all key issues in training.

This bachelor's degree will provide career opportunities (production or maintenance team leader, eco-design project manager, design office technician, etc.) and academic opportunities (further studies).

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITIES

The Bachelor's degree in "Battery Industries" provides all the skills expected by the industry and opens up two types of career opportunities: professional and academic. It allows graduates to enter the world of work directly in middle management positions, such as production or maintenance team leader, eco-design project manager, or design office technician.
Graduates can also continue their studies afterwards.

THE FIVE STRENGTHS OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE

  • An apprenticeship program for innovation stakeholders in the industry of tomorrow
  • A responsible industrial battery production dynamic in France serving the European market
  • Innovative teaching methods
  • Opportunities for further study
  • A guaranteed professional future
