Friday, October 11, 2024 marked the 10th anniversary of Industrial Management expertise, a project led by Nathalie Klement, head of expertise, who became chair of industrial management training in 2021, thanks to the support of our five sponsors: EDF, MC2i, Mov'NTec, Hermès, and XL Group.

Conference at MC2i on UX
Friendly lunch
Afternoon at the Hôtel particulier des Arts et Métiers
"Break The Ice" using childhood photos
Brainstorming on the ELF (Evolutive Learning Factories) project in Lille
Conference on Supply Chain Challenges
Gala Dinner

Students had the opportunity to discuss their respective career paths with numerous alumni from the field.Nathalie Klement explains: "The main benefit of this friendly event is that it allows current students to meet alumni and discuss different career prospects with them. The event was also an opportunity to present campus news (ELF, including its educational approach and Green Belt certification) and the various sponsors of the industrial management training chair."
Jules Galliaerde, a student at the Lille campus, adds: "Their testimonials gave us a better understanding of the opportunities available to us after our training. We also attended fascinating conferences on current trends in the sector, which enriched our vision of our professional future."

"Ensuring continuity in collaborations"
The aim of this day is also to ensure the continuity of collaborations already established within the framework of industrial management expertise at the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille. It is essential that stakeholders involved in industrial management in the Hauts-de-France region come together to ensure optimal teaching quality. Thanks to the support of our five sponsors: EDF, Hermès, MC2i, Mov'NTec, and XL Groupe, we are able to meet the present and future needs of our students by participating in a project to develop our training programs.

Staff and students were satisfied with the event. "This anniversary was a huge success. I never expected to bring together so many alumni (around thirty). In addition, two professional groups represented by Robert Canonne and Gérard Cappelli, dealing with Supply Chain and Sustainable Development, were able to present their activities to the students via the evening conference," said Nathalie Klement.
From a more personal perspective, this prestigious event was an opportunity to highlight industrial management, thanks to the synergy between the school, students, alumni, and industry.
