On October 10 and 11, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille will host a major event for the Junior Enterprise network: the Regional Autumn Congress (CRA) for the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. This event is entirely organized by AMJE Lille, the campus's Junior Enterprise, which is responsible for its design, logistics, coordination, and facilitation.
The 2025 Junior Enterprises Regional Fall Conference will be organized by AMJE Lille on the Lille campus.
On October 10 and 11, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille will host a major event for the Junior Enterprise network: the Regional Autumn Congress (CRA) for the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. This event is entirely organized by AMJE Lille, the campus's Junior Enterprise, which is responsible for its design, logistics, coordination, and facilitation.
This conference will bring together between 70 and 120 participants from Junior Enterprises in the region, as well as national partners of the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE), including Alten, EY, BNP Paribas, Engie, Saint-Gobain, Air France, and Fic Expertise, a partner of AMJE Lille.
A defining moment for the regional network... and for AMJE Lille
The CRA is a key moment in the life of the Junior Enterprise movement. It allows local structures to meet, exchange ideas about their practices, train, and strengthen their network. For AMJE Lille, which took the initiative to lead this project, it is a real organizational challenge, but also a tremendous opportunity to raise its profile.
"We wanted to organize this conference because the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region and the Junior Enterprise movement that operates there are particularly close to our hearts," explains Grégory Sarafian, president of AMJE Lille. "It's a great opportunity to showcase our campus, strengthen our credibility, and rally our members around a unifying project."
A comprehensive, professional, and friendly program
The CRA program will span two days, alternating between training sessions, professional meetings, and social events. Here is an overview of the highlights:
Friday, October 10
6:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.: Welcome reception for participants in the campus's Galerie d'Honneur.
7:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Joint opening remarks by AMJE Lille and campus administration.
8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.: Cocktail reception
Saturday, October 11
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Welcome reception for participants.
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Opening plenary session on the latest news from the Junior Enterprise movement and presentation of the CNJE.
9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.: First workshops and training sessions in small groups.
11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Second session of workshops and training sessions.
12:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.: Lunch break with activities: company stands, games, a round table or interactive conference
2:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Partner plenary session
3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Third training session and workshops.
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Free interactive time: entertainment, stands, promotion of local businesses and the region's assets.
6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.: Closing ceremony and thanks.
6:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Photo call for Junior volunteers.
An open invitation to campus staff
Campus staff are warmly invited to take part in the laboratory tour, scheduled for Saturday at 5:00 p.m., but also more broadly in the entire event, if they wish to attend certain conferences, discover the Junior Enterprise network, or talk with the partners in attendance.

Grégory Sarafian, a committed president serving the AMJE Lille
At the forefront of this dynamic is Grégory Sarafian, a second-year student in the Grande École Program, who embodies the commitment and entrepreneurial spirit that drives Junior Enterprises. After completing his CPGE training, he joined Arts et Métiers the desire to become fully involved in student life.
"I applied to be president of AMJE Lille because the concept of a Junior Enterprise is very close to my heart: connecting motivated students with companies to carry out concrete projects is a unique opportunity. I also saw it as a chance to develop skills in management, project management, and strategy—and I can already say that I was right."
Under his leadership, AMJE Lille has set itself ambitious goals: to increase its turnover by 150%, sign new contracts with local companies, and organize key events such as this conference. The initial results are promising, with several projects already underway and a team united around promising initiatives.
