Kaizen Institute: new sponsor of the Lille campus

✍️ On Tuesday, October 18, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille signed a new one-year sponsorship agreement with Kaizen Institute.

Specializing in consulting, transformation, and performance improvement, this new partnership with the campus aims to:

  • Share experience and practice with engineering students,
  • Build strong relationships with students,
  • Promote their image and model (organization of business lunches, recruitment forums),
  • Supporting students in their professional projects (internships, recruitment).

This partnership will enable us to showcase career opportunities at Kaizen Institute and welcome young graduates and interns.

Organized in the presence of Tiago MOTA COSTA, Senior Partner at Kaizen Institute, Vincent MAHIER, Senior Consultant and Arts et Métiers alumnus Arts et Métiers An216), Mélanie GONCALVES, HR, as well as the management of the Lille campus, the general management of corporate relations, and third-year students specializing in industrial management, the signing was followed by a presentation by Vincent MAHIER, who described his role and daily life within the company.

This was followed by a business lunch, an opportunity for discussion that was appreciated by the students in attendance.
