Four partnership agreements aimed at providing support from professional federations in the training and integration of students and graduates of the École Arts et Métiers Rabat were signed on Thursday, November 9, in Rabat. The signing ceremony was attended by Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade, Mehdi Sebti, Director of the École Arts et Métiers Rabat Arts et Métiers , and the presidents of the partner professional organizations.

Supporting the campus in choosing equipment

These are the National Federation of Electricity, Electronics and Renewable Energy, the Federation of Metallurgical, Mechanical and Electromechanical Industries, the Moroccan Association for the Automotive Industry and Construction, and the Automotive Federation.
The purpose of the agreements is for the four partners to assist the École Arts et Métiers in Rabat in defining and selecting the equipment needed to implement its training programs and to support the professional integration of the school's graduates into the Federation's ecosystem.
They will also enable the joint development of training programs tailored to the needs of each ecosystem, particularly with regard to Industry 4.0, in addition to welcoming and supervising Bachelor's/Professional Degree students on professional integration internships (3rd semester) in the workshops/factories of Federation member companies.

Human capital at the heart of the new national industrial strategy's priorities

" These agreements are perfectly in line with the guidelines of the new national industrial strategy, which places human capital at the heart of its priorities, alongside innovation and sustainable job creation," emphasized Ryad Mezzour. " The agreements we have just signed today will build a bridge between the Ecole Arts et Métiers Rabat and the private sector. This will ensure that the school's training programs are better adapted to the specific needs of industrial projects, strengthen the managerial skills of its students and graduates, and give the school greater exposure to cutting-edge technologies. This is the very foundation of our approach to skills development in industry," he added.
