For the third year running, Arts et Métiers students Arts et Métiers the Arts et Métiers Ceremony Arts et Métiers Energy Transition (CAMTE), during which the Call for Projects awards will be presented.
"How can we transform the company to make it more sustainable?" This is the challenge set this year by the Arts et Métiers Ceremony Arts et Métiers Energy Transition (CAMTE) to Arts et Métiers students in their second and third years Arts et Métiers Grande Ecole program in the Call for Projects category.
Solutions applicable across the entire company
Objective: to encourage students to reflect on the issues of decarbonization and energy transition and invite them to propose solutions that can be applied at the company level.
The project, which is part of the PJT and PJE programs, must fall within one of three areas: processes (eco-design, recycling, labels, etc.), buildings (heating, insulation, materials, etc.) and transport (goods, energy, data, etc.).
The deadline for submitting a project is January 23.
In 2022, CAMTE chose the theme "How can I decarbonize my city?" " and received 22 projects: an eco-shower column to prevent water waste, a bulk dispenser for products that generate packaging, a cargo bike service for shopping, monitoring insect production using AI, transforming apple pomace into packaging, and more.
An awards ceremony in Jena
The awards ceremony will take place at the Léna Hotel on March 31, 2023, and winners will receive up to €3,000. During this event, which will be broadcast across the eight Arts et Métiers campuses, round tables will be organized to allow students and professionals to engage in discussion.
The day will end with a cocktail reception to provide an opportunity for companies, professionals, and students committed to ecological transition to exchange ideas.
