A unique program to train the engineers of tomorrow

Far from being a simple mentoring program, Professional Student Support (APE) is a truly immersive experience that allows engineering students to prepare for the challenges of the professional world.

Designed to refine their posture, enrich their network, and perfect their skills, this program mobilizes nine educational leaders and more than 240 professionals throughout the year. Group workshops, individual interviews, forums, and conferences punctuate their journey and offer them concrete tools to build their future.

This creates a learning community where the exchange is mutual: while students benefit from the expert advice of professionals, the latter also refine their understanding of the younger generations and their aspirations.

Focusing on LinkedIn means optimizing your profile to open up new opportunities, showcasing your skill set to gain credibility with recruiters, and building a strong digital identity to stand out in an ultra-connected world.

A landmark event was held on the Rabat campus, in a packed auditorium, where studentsArts et Métiers in Rabat had the opportunity to talk to a LinkedIn expert about strategies for optimizing their online presence and promoting their professional identity.

From the very first minutes, the energy was palpable: relevant questions, fluid interaction, and clear ambition. How can you build an effective network? How can you turn your profile into a real asset? The answers resonated immediately with these future engineers, who are aware that a degree alone is no longer enough.

This exchange highlighted the importance of taking control of your professional image today.

Facing HR: The test to refine your career plan

Following on from the APE, studentsArts et Métiers Rabat campus are currently undergoing two weeks of intensive support. Themed sessions, conferences, and, above all, individual interviews with renowned HR directors are helping them to test their career plans.

Faced with these business leaders, each student must defend their vision, structure their argument, and convince with clarity and impact. This is a key experience for understanding market expectations and adjusting one's positioning.
