The AMTALENTS team is working hard to promote Arts et Métiers training programs Arts et Métiers a wide audience and contribute to the institution's reputation.

With more than 3,100 visitors and 350 contacts, AMTALENTS is stepping up its promotional activities. Between January and March 2024, the team took part in eleven trade shows across France (Chambéry, Reims, Lyon, Paris, Metz, etc.) and organized a virtual open day via the Komodal 4th place platform.

These initiatives highlight the Arts et Métiers training programs Arts et Métiers by AMTALENTS: five specialized engineering programs (Chambéry Institute, Metz, Paris, and Châlons-en-Champagne campuses), the PGE apprenticeship program in Angers, Specialized Master's degrees, short courses, and new Bachelor's degree programs starting in the 2024 academic year. This is also an opportunity to raise the profile ofArts et Métiers

In the spotlight: specialized engineering programs, specialized master's degrees, work-study MBA programs, and new bachelor's degrees.

Some members of the team have their favorite topics: Laurence Di Fazio and Océane Guédon promote specialized engineering programs, Sandrine Auger and Coline Moal Vignon focus more on trade shows dedicated to specialized master's degrees and new programs, while Shawn Beejadhur and Emile Gandillet work on cross-functional areas such as communication and prospecting.
The head of teaching and current or former students often lend a hand and present the programs, sharing their testimonials and experiences with potential candidates. The ASMAM (Association des Mastériens Arts & Métiers) is also very active in representing MS alumni and promoting the program.

Actions that bear fruit

Ultimately, these actions, accompanied by mailing campaigns and communication on social media, are bearing fruit! The first session of the AMBition Ingénieur competition for specialized engineering programs (more information) saw a 135% increase in applications. For Specialized Master's degrees, nearly 150 students came to gather information on this subject during the fairs.
