On April 17, 2025, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Rabat was buzzing with excitement as students and companies came together to strengthen ties and boost employability. By organizing its first Job Dating event, the school reaffirmed its commitment to bringing the academic world and the business world closer together, staying true to its motto: "Because the future is built together."

A bridge between two worlds, serving the same ambition

In a context where industrial challenges are changing and multiplying, Arts et Métiers Rabat Arts et Métiers affirms its commitment to training engineers and middle managers who are grounded in the realities of the field. This Job Dating event was the perfect illustration of this: a day entirely dedicated to bringing students and companies together, designed as a real springboard into the professional world.

30 companies and 70 partners, including HR directors and major players in national and international industry, attended the event. Among them were Siana (a joint venture between ONCF and SNCF), Alstom, Stellantis, Cosumar, Maghreb Steel, Neo Motors, Faurecia, Decayeux STM, and the Anwar Invest group.

A day marked by exchange, inspiration, and opportunities

From the outset, the day took on a special dimension thanks to the powerful and engaging words of the President of CGEM Rabat (employers' confederation), the representative of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco, and an HR expert and head of a headhunting and recruitment firm.

This day allowed students to:

  • Meet with companies to find internships/final-year projects or jobs for graduates.
  • Discover new business sectors,
  • Attend inspiring conferences.
  • A dynamic future

This Job Dating 2025 event enabled our young talents to gain a better understanding of market expectations, the realities of different industrial sectors, and the opportunities available to them.

▶️ Companies praised the quality of the candidates they met, their professionalism, curiosity, and commitment to the industrial, technological, and environmental challenges of tomorrow.

▶️ The students, for their part, had a unique experience that reinforced their career choices and encouraged them to pursue their ambitions with determination.

Among the highlights of this edition:
The lecture given by Mr. Ouadih Dada, former journalist for 2M TV news and author, who made a lasting impression with his original formula for success: S = RP 3

Success = Dream, Patience, and Perseverance + Projection

A meaningful equation, shared with conviction and energy, which resonated particularly well with the students.

This reflection was continued by Ms. Saloua Karkri, author of "Le chemin des possibles" (The Path of Possibilities), who came to discuss the challenges of the professional world, the paths of boldness, and the levers of leadership. The meeting was brilliantly moderated by students from the campus, highlighting the direct involvement of our talented students in the school's events.
