This year, L'Oréal is once again strengthening its commitment to the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille, confirming its role as a committed partner in training the engineers of tomorrow.

Through its employer brand strategy, "Life Is Too Short For a Boring Career," the Group highlights passionate career paths, the importance of community involvement, and the richness of its industrial professions: a natural alignment with the dynamic nature of Arts et Métiers student associations.

L’Oréal x Arts et Métiers a growing partnership serving engineering students

A long-standing sponsor of the Arts et Métiers campuses Arts et Métiers Châlons-en-Champagne, Lille, and Paris, L'Oréal is once again strengthening its commitment to engineering students this year. This partnership is fully in line with the group's employer brand strategy, "Life Is Too Short For a Boring Career," which values passionate careers and personal experiences as drivers of fulfillment and professional development.

This year, the Lille campus is offering a particularly rich program combining industrial immersion, inspiring encounters, and support for student associations, with a clear objective: to enable students to discover the diversity of engineering professions at L'Oréal.

Opportunities for industrial immersion and meetings with L'Oréal teams

Among the various opportunities for industrial immersion, students were able to discover the Group through challenges proposed as part of the Gadz'Innov challenge from February 9 to 11, and will have the opportunity to visit the Caudry plant in March.

Set sail for the 2026 Edhec Cruise Race with Voilz’Arts, the sailing club for students at the Lille campus

In addition to the factory tour, March will be punctuated by a series of meetings, as students from the Voil'Arts association, which L'Oréal sponsors as part of the 2026 Edhec Cruise Race, will also be invited to the Group's international headquarters for an exceptional talk with Christophe Babule, Group Chief Financial Officer Worldwide. This will be an opportunity to look back on his career and international experience, as well as his passion for sailing, which perfectly illustrates the philosophy behind the "Life Is Too Short For a Boring Career" campaign: cultivating your passions as a driver of balance and performance.

Gaultier Tallieu, navigator for the French sailing team, former crew member of the Orient Express Team for the 2024 America's Cup and currently preparing for the 2028 Olympic Games, will also take part in this event to share his experience with students and help them prepare for competition.

A special and eagerly awaited gathering that promises to be informative and inspiring!

Active support for student associations

Pierre Voisin, Talent Acquisition Specialist at L'Oréal, looks back on the various partnerships forged withArts et Métiers student associationsArts et Métiers academic year: "In line with our employer brand strategy, we consider student associations to be an essential space for developing human and professional skills: leadership, project management, creativity, and cohesion. L'Oréal is therefore strengthening its support for initiatives undertaken by various student associations."

The Group is therefore partnering with numerous events this year, such as:

  • SKZ, notably sponsoring the slalom and beginner's race, accompanied by the La Roche Posay and Biotherm brands during the stay
  • AM Cruise
  • Voilz’Arts: sponsorship of the Lille crew's sailboat for the CCE
  • GUAI: sponsorship of the 2026 sports edition and brand presence at the event.

The objective: To encourage student engagement, in line with the Group's philosophy: personal passions and initiatives can become career drivers.

A growing partnership

Through opportunities for industrial visits, meetings at the annual campus hackathon, and support for student associations, L'Oréal confirms its status as a privileged sponsor of the campuses in Châlons-en-Champagne, Paris, and in particular the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille.

The increasing number of opportunities to meet with industry professionals allows engineering students to benefit from practical support, helping them to discover the different careers available within the Group, gain professional experience and, why not, build their future careers!
