The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers is participating in European Researchers' Night with the theme of the impossible!

The Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers and its LAMPA laboratory are participating in European Researchers' Night 2017, held at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Angers from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Objective: to reach out to families, individuals, and young people to raise awareness of scientific culture through fun activities.

This year, researchers from the laboratory will present "The impossible in mechanics." Although mechanics is a very ancient science, there are still many phenomena that are difficult to understand and explain.

Discover a few examples, such as turbulence or the use of flowers to make new materials.
