"I joined Arts et Métiers the multidisciplinary and pragmatic aspect of the training, the combination of theoretical teaching and practical application, and above all for the human values shared among the engineering students, " explains Arthur.

With the idea of pursuing a career in renewable energy, Arthur Lepagnol went on an international mobility program in Scotland and completed an end-of-study internship in renewable energy. Today, "Les Petits Plats d'Arthur" sells seven dishes and two desserts. "We are also the first to have put a dessert in a jar with our own quality and standards charter," notes Arthur. Arthur's dishes are sold online and in several shops in Reims and Lyon. Other retailers are currently being approached.
