As part ofIndustry Week, the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Clunyis mobilizing to promote industry and its professions to the general public.Isabelle Bertrand, independent coach and career development consultant atAPEC Dijon, will present Generation Z on Thursday, March 21, 2019, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Generation Z, here they come!!!! : In a rapidly changing world, younger generations are rethinking their place in and relationship to employment.

While Generation Y introduced and emphasized the importance of meaning and usefulness as priority criteria for employment, Generation Z confirms and reinforces their desire for autonomy, creativity, and entrepreneurship. As they gradually join the workforce, they are preparing to join and collaborate with three other generations already in the workplace. How has each generation contributed to the changes and evolution of the next?

Generation Z, they are under 22 years old... Who are they? How do they view the world, their relationship with education, their relationship with business? How will businesses collaborate with them? What type of managers? What role for HR? The challenges of employer branding?

"If understanding means 'taking with,' then understanding is already collaborating."
