Arts et Métiers aims to be a talent accelerator for the industry of the future. With this in mind, the Lille campus has launched a dedicated educational platform project.

Launched at the end of 2017, this new "Industry of the Future" educational platform project on campus aims to train Arts et Métiers engineering students in the key concepts of the industry of the future. "The goal is to enable students to implement these key technologies and accelerate the development of the industry of the future in France, " explains Estelle Serre, project manager.

This platform, co-funded by Arts et Métiers, its commercialization subsidiary AM Valor, and the Arts et Métiers Foundation, will eventually enable the implementation of a dozen practical projects designed for engineering students as well as students in the campus’s Master of Science ) and Colrobot Specialized Master’s® programs. Pending the platform’s completion, scheduled for late 2019, an initial practical exercise on robotics and industrial communication has already been conducted for second-year engineering students.
