Erasmus+ program

The Erasmus+ program for higher education contributes to the creation of a European Higher Education Area by pursuing several objectives, including:

  • improving the quality and strengthening the European dimension of higher education;
  • increasing the mobility of students, teachers, and university staff;
  • strengthening multilateral cooperation
  • transparency and recognition of acquired qualifications
  • the internationalization of European higher education institutions

The program promotes mobility initiatives in Europe and internationally for students (study periods or internships), as well as for teaching staff and all staff at higher education institutions.

The Erasmus+ program has additional funds to subsidize the specific needs of people with disabilities. They can receive a specific Erasmus+ grant, in addition to their mobility grant, which would cover the additional costs incurred during their stay in Europe (up to 100% of the actual costs incurred).

Mobile application

The Erasmus+ program has launched its mobile app, which provides a single point of access to the available online tools. The Erasmus+ app offers the following features, among others:

  • Important information from the home and host higher education institutions.
  • Updates regarding the online study contract
  • Logging in to Online Linguistic Support (OLS)

The Erasmus+ app is available on Google store and theApple Store or from the website dedicated to the application.
