As part of ÉcoleArts et Métiers involvementArts et Métiers the Alliance Industrie du Futur (Industry of the Future Alliance), the Specialized Master's® in Industrial Performance Management provides training in the key aspects of process optimization, the foundation of digital transformation, in order to make companies more connected and therefore more agile.

To ensure their long-term competitiveness, companies must continuously improve their operational performance (safety, quality, lead times, costs, employee engagement, and environmental impact).
This has an impact on economic performance, and the extensive involvement of staff in improvement projects contributes to the development of employee fulfillment and an increase in their skills (increased employability).
The Industrial Performance Manager fits into this context and is the key player in driving performance improvement projects across the entire industrial value chain, applying the principles and techniques of Lean Management and the innovative technologies of Industry 4.0.

Testimonials
"The training factory in Aix-en-Provence is one of the major assets of this program. By applying all the concepts developed during the course (lean management, change management, flow management), it provides autonomy, challenges, and theoretical points. This week was an opportunity to strengthen group cohesion by promoting team spirit." - Remi Bertrand Jean-Baptiste
"The Lean Six Sigma training course was very enriching. Led by a Master Black Belt and Lean Toyota certified instructor, it lasted a full week. The topics covered ranged from an introduction to Lean Six Sigma and tools such as DMAIC to various simulation and group application exercises. This dynamic working environment allowed us to discover a concept and extension of Lean that is rarely discussed. In addition, the statistical approach provided us with data collection and analysis skills that will certainly help us in our transformation projects. We are therefore confident about the future of our professional projects, which are undoubtedly ambitious." - Kamar Maxime
"One of the key benefits of the MS MPI program is that it gives us the opportunity to visit various industrial sites in different sectors, allowing us to apply the theoretical knowledge we acquire during the program to real-world situations." - Jérémie Christian-Olivier
