PROGRAM
Content
The training program is full-time and takes place on a work-study basis over 12 months:
A/ Acquisition of skills
- 400 hours of classes taught in French, alternately at Arts et Métiers Paris) and CESI (Nanterre):
Module 1: Innovative Project Management, Module 2: Innovation Processes, Module 3: Strategy, Module 4: Business Structuring, Module 5: Project Promotion - The course also includes group work.
- The skills acquired are assessed in an innovative way through a "common thread project," carried out in groups, with deliverables throughout the training program.
- The speakers are all high-level experts: innovation managers, company directors, project managers, consultants, and teacher-researchers.
B/ The professional thesis
This is a professional assignment in a company or organization. It involves writing a document and giving a presentation. The Master's student is supervised by a company manager and an academic tutor fromArts et Métiers CESI. It takes place on a work-study basis over 12 months (approximately 35 weeks).

CALENDAR
- Duration: 400 hours of training
- Over 12 months, alternating classes at CESI (Nanterre) and Arts et Métiers Paris Campus), with periods of work experience in companies.
ASSESSMENT METHODS
- The diploma is awarded by a national jury to learners who have passed the continuous assessments (main project), completed their work placement, and successfully defended their professional thesis (oral defense and written report).
