On Tuesday, September 19, and Thursday, September 21, students in the Grandes Ecoles Program at the Lille campus had the opportunity to meet GadzArts engineers at Hermès.

As part of its partnership with the Arts et Métiers campus Arts et Métiers Lille, Hermès organized events with students from the campus's Grandes Ecoles Program on Tuesday, September 19, and Thursday, September 21, 2023.

"THE ROLE OF THE ENGINEER AT HERMES"

On Tuesday, September 19, the three classes of students from the Grandes Écoles Program were invited to participate in discussions in the lecture hall on the topics of "The role of engineers at Hermès" and "A day in the life of a Gadz at Hermès."

Bertrand JAUD, Industrial, Technical, and Innovation Director, was accompanied by nine alumni and two HR representatives.

Following these presentations, third-year students also had the opportunity to discuss real-life cases in small groups, led by various Gadzarts speakers from Hermès.

A morning rich in interaction and learning, ending with a cocktail reception at La Centrale, which gave students the opportunity to discuss career opportunities at Hermès.

A VISIT TO THE BOUTIQUE ON FAUBOURG SAINT-HONORE, THEN TO THE WORKSHOPS IN PANTIN

Our students from the Industrial Management Training Chair will remember this! On Thursday, September 21, the group was invited to visit behind the scenes at the Hermès boutique on Faubourg Saint-Honoré, followed by a tour of the workshops.

Discovering different professions and skills... An opportunity to step into the shoes of an engineer at Hermès for a day in Paris. An event that inspired many to pursue a career in engineering!

This year, in addition to this event, Hermès is offering our students several student projects, providing them with an opportunity to reflect on real-life cases, supervised by engineers from our partner company!
