Arts et Métiers to taking action against everyday sexism in the workplace and has joined the #StOpE initiative.

 
"Stop Everyday Sexism in the Workplace" is led and coordinated by the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD) to share and promote best practices on this topic.
 
Arts et Métiers with 150 other organizations to share inspiring initiatives and objectives and implement actions such as:

1. Display and apply the principle of zero tolerance
2. Provide information to raise awareness of sexist behavior (actions, comments, attitudes) and its impact
3. Provide targeted training on obligations and best practices for combating everyday sexism
4. Distribute educational tools to employees to help them deal with sexist behavior in the workplace
5. Encourage all employees to contribute, prevent, identify sexist behavior, and respond to everyday sexism
6. Prevent sexist situations and provide personalized support to victims, witnesses, and decision-makers in reporting and dealing with sexist behavior
7. Punish reprehensible behavior and communicate the associated penalties
8. Measure and implement monitoring indicators to adapt the policy to combat everyday sexism
